Julia is pregnant. Her sick father, whom she has not seen for years, asks him to take him home to the South. But once there, she changes plans and settles in. Secluded in a cabin in the snow, they share a distant and reproachful bond. Isolation and the imminent arrival of life and death produce a hallucinated state where the present, the past and dreams coexist. Mourning will not be so simple. Julia will have to face the failed relationship or retain that other image of her father captured by her childhood, if it still exists.
